Who we are

JB Wellness is a yoga and wellness studio in Russellville, Arkansas. You can reach us at jbwellness.rsvl@gmail.com with any question about this policy or about the information we hold.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website we collect the name, email address and message you provide, so that we can reply. If you ask to join our mailing list, we keep your email address for that purpose.

When you book or buy through our booking system, that system collects the account and payment details it needs to process your booking.

If website analytics are installed, we collect anonymous usage information such as which pages were visited and what kind of device was used. This is not linked to your name.

Booking and WellnessLiving

Class bookings, event registrations, memberships and payments are processed by WellnessLiving Systems Inc., which operates our booking system and the Achieve app. Your account, booking history and payment information are held by them under their own privacy policy, which you can read at wellnessliving.com/privacy-policy.

We access that information only to run classes, events, memberships and individual sessions.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone beyond the booking and email providers we use to run the studio.

Marketing

If you join our mailing list we will send occasional updates about classes, events and offers. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing jbwellness.rsvl@gmail.com.

Keeping your information, and your rights

We keep your information for as long as you are a member or in contact with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — email jbwellness.rsvl@gmail.com and we will respond.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make the site and the booking system work, plus analytics cookies if analytics are installed. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the booking system may not work if you do.

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
